Terms & Conditions

Mould Shell Studio offers custom mould-box and support-shell design, with optional 3D printing of the agreed parts. Every project is reviewed individually. An enquiry is not an order: the scope, price, deliverables, payment schedule and estimated timescale are confirmed in writing before work starts. Silicone, resin, original models and casting services are not included unless expressly listed in your quote.

Please supply files you own or have permission to reproduce, the intended finished dimensions and your proposed silicone and casting material. Tell us which details must be preserved and where trimming is acceptable.

​Review the proposed seams, pour points, supports and assembly before approving production. Changes to an approved model or brief may affect price and timing; any additional work is agreed first. Renders and opening animations illustrate the design and do not guarantee a particular casting result.

Use printed parts only for the agreed purpose and follow the relevant silicone and resin manufacturers’ instructions. Tell us before ordering if you need food contact, high-temperature, pressure or other specialist use; suitability must be assessed separately. Contact us promptly about changes, damage, missing parts or a problem with the agreed design.
