Refund Policy

If you need to change or cancel a project, contact Mould Shell Studio as soon as possible. We will review the stage reached and explain the available options before any further work is agreed. Design work, digital files and made-to-order printed parts may have different cancellation arrangements; these must be explained in your written quote before you place an order.

If a supplied file or printed part appears faulty, damaged, incomplete or different from the agreed design, please tell us what has happened and include your project reference, photographs or screenshots. We will review the issue with you and discuss an appropriate remedy. Please contact us before returning physical parts so the return arrangements can be confirmed.

Check the approved dimensions, split lines, pour points and supplied-part list carefully before production. Please raise any uncertainty before approving the design. This draft does not exclude your statutory rights.
