Shipping Policy

Design-only orders are supplied digitally in the file formats agreed in your quote. For design and print orders, the quote will identify the printed parts, delivery destination and shipping charge. Please confirm your model dimensions, delivery details and design approval before production starts.

Production and delivery estimates are confirmed for each project after the model and scope have been reviewed. Design approval, requested changes and printing requirements can affect the schedule. If timing is important, include your deadline in the enquiry so it can be assessed before you order. Dispatch and transit time are separate from design and production time.

Please contact us if your parcel is delayed, damaged or incomplete, quoting your project reference and including photographs where useful. Keep the packaging until the issue has been reviewed. International delivery is available only when agreed in your quote; any applicable import arrangements must be clarified before ordering.
